Came on for consideration before the Court the motion to dismiss for lack of standing (April 14, 1980) of defendants A1 Knutson, H. Phillip Hubbard, Harold C. Simmons, Glenn R. Simmons, Michael A. Snetzer, and Flight Proficiency, Inc.
