MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the trial of the complaint filed by the separate debtor, Albert D. Copeland, to determine dischargeability of certain marital debts. 1 The debtor asserts that certain debts from his first marriage to Marsha Ann Copeland constituted a division of marital property, and not in the nature of alimony such that the debts are dischargea-ble.
