1Per curiam
¶ 1. We review the report and recommendation of the referee, Stanley F. Hack, that Attorney Frederick J. Voss's license to practice law be suspended for at least one year and that he bear the full costs of this proceeding. Because no appeal has been filed, we review the referee's report and recommendation pursuant to SCR 22.17(2).1 We approve and adopt the referee's findings of fact and conclusions of law.
