The said Burston presents a petition to this court for an order allowing him to change his name from Bernard Elliot Burstein to Bernard Elliot Burston, which petition reads as follows: “ 1. That your' petitioners name is Bernard Elliot Burstein, and that he resides in the *42Borough of Manhattan, City of New York, at 548 West 165th street. 2.
