OPINION

ROSS, Judge.

Naser Omer Ali appeals from his conviction of possessing cathinone, a controlled substance, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he knew that the substance he possessed contained cathinone. He also argues that the district court erroneously allowed drug-test results to be presented to the jury without first conducting a hearing to determine that the testing method was reliable.
