This is a bill filed by complainants for a partition of lands. It shows by direct allegation and by exhibits that complainants and others named, in whose behalf partition is sought, are coparceners, being heirs at law of their ancestor, who had title by deeds of conveyance from the grantee of the Ring of Spain, to the extent of an undivided one-half of forty-three thousand acres.
