OPINION

Joseph McCullough (“Mr.McCullough”) suffered an acute anterior myocardial infarction on September 1, 1997. He was treated in the hospital by Albert R. Blacky, M.D. (“Dr.Blacky”) of Cardiology Consultants of Johnson City, P.C. (“Cardiology Consultants”) and placed on anti-coagulation therapy.
