In an action, inter alia, to compel the conveyance to plaintiff of a parcel of real property, defendants separately appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Adler, J.), dated February 8, 1982, as denied their respective motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and plaintiff cross-appeals from so much of the same order as denied its cross motion for summary judgment directing the conveyance to him of the subject premises.
