FOR THE COURT:

¶1. Sherman Billie was convicted of sexual battery and sentenced to serve a term of fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with credit for jail time served. Billie now appeals his conviction and sentence, arguing that the trial court erréd in finding that his written confession was made voluntarily, intelligently, and knowingly.
