In this proceeding brought pursuant to the Indiana Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act the petitioner seeks support for the parties’ minor child Marguerite Shinouda, age 12, in the amount of $50 per week, which, in the opinion of the Knox County Circuit Court of the State of Indiana, is the amount of the dependent’s needs.
