Pursuant to statutory supervisory authority over nonprofit corporations (Corp. Code, § 10207), the Attorney General filed this action against defendant Foundation and its three directors, Morris W. Young, Anne F. Redfield Heaver, and John M. Redfield, Jr., alleging mismanagement by the directors in permitting cash to accumulate in a non-interest-bearing bank account for approximately five years, in failing to manage the assets of the Foundation in a businesslike manner, and in in failing to carry out the Foundation’s charitable purposes for said period.
