hAt bench trial, Fredrick Harris was tried on five charges initiated by secret indictment of a Caddo Grand Jury:
• Forcible Rape;
• Two counts of Public Bribery;
• Malfeasance in Office; and
• Molestation of a Juvenile.
*763Harris was convicted of two crimes: Forcible Rape and one count of Public Bribery. On the Forcible Rape conviction, he was sentenced to iVh years at hard labor, with the first three years to be served without benefits.
