1. The plaintiff assigns as error the refusal of the court to give the following instruction:

"The Court further instructs the jury that in order to maintain an action for alienation of affection, it is not necessary that the plaintiff prove by the evidence that he had, at any time, the love and affection of his wife, because, under the law, a stranger has no right to voluntarily and unasked interfere with and disturb the concord and unity of the domestic relation or interfere or cut off any chance or possibility of a future affection springing up between the two spouses.
