Decedent, Dewey T. Verbeek, Sr., died intestate on September 20, 1967. His surviving widow, Irene L. Verbeek, qualified as administratrix of his estate. In that capacity she filed an inventory and appraisement which lists a real estate contract on certain described property naming Dewey T. Verbeek, Sr. and Irene Verbeek as sellers, and Philip R. Verbeek and Carol C. Verbeek as purchasers.
