We conclude that Ronald C. Wyse, an attorney authorized to practice law in the State of Montana, should receive a public censure pursuant to a written recommendation made to us by the Commission on Practice of the Supreme Court of the State of Montana. The facts giving rise to our deci sion and the reasons for our conclusion follow.
