MEMORANDUM
JOAN N. FEENEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the “Trustee’s Objection to Debtors’ Amended Chapter 13 Plan.” The Debtors, Paul V. Marshall and Kathleen Kenney-Marshall (the “Debtors”), filed a Response to the Trustee’s Objection to confirmation of their amended Chapter 13 plan, and the Court held a hearing on the contested matter on March 5, 2009.
