McLAUGHLIN, Circuit Judge:
Harold Klump appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on January 11, 2006, following a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Arcara, C.J.). Klump was convicted on one count of manufacturing 1,000 or more marijuana plants, one count of possessing with intent to distribute 1,000 or more marijuana plants, and one count of possessing a semiautomatic assault weapon in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime.
