This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a jury verdict for plaintiff on its claim for revocation of acceptance of farm equipment under a retail installment contract. Defendants Smith Truck and Tractor, Inc. (Smith) and Allis-Chalmers Corporation (Allis-Chalmers) appeal, arguing that the trial court erred in denying their motions for directed verdict, because plaintiff failed to give timely notification of its intent to revoke acceptance and substantially changed the condition of the equipment in contravention of ORS 72.6080.
