The land involved in this litigation is designated as a part of Eleventh Street and East Tenth Avenue in the “Houston & Texas Central Bailway addition” to the city of Corsicana, and is claimed by appellee as private property under a lease from said railway cotiipany. He was engaged in the erection of a wooden platform upon East Tenth Avenue, to be used in connection with a cotton compress operated by him.
