This appeal involves another dilemma which has arisen in the wake of General Obligations Law § 15-108, the statute designed to facilitate settlements in multiparty tort actions. The issue presented here concerns the impact of settling a case involving separate causes of action for wrongful death and conscious pain and suffering with two tort-feasors while continuing against another joint tort-feasor.
