Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted, after a bench trial, of manslaughter in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.15), reckless endangerment in the second degree (Penal Law § 120.20) and endangering the welfare of a child (Penal Law § 260.10) in connection with the death of the eight-month-old daughter of his girlfriend. We reject defendant’s contention that his manslaughter conviction resulted from the trial court’s impermissible constructive amendment of the indictment.
