The appellant, Freddie Wayne Hodges, pleaded guilty and stipulated to the state's establishment of a prima facie case of unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a violation of § 13A-12-212, Code of Alabama 1975, and unlawful possession of marijuana in the first degree, a violation of §13A-12-213, Code of Alabama 1975.
