CHANDLER, Justice,
for the Court:
¶ 1. A complaint tribunal suspended Barrett B. Daly from the practice of law in Mississippi for three years. Daly petitions this Court for reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to Rule 12 of the Rules of Discipline of the Mississippi State Bar. The Bar has filed a motion to dismiss the petition. The Court finds that Daly has proven by clear and convincing evidence that he has rehabilitated himself and is worthy of reinstatement to the practice of law.
