OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

Richard Barnes ("Barnes") appeals his jury convictions for Class A misdemeanor battery on a law enforcement officer, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, and Class B misdemeanor disorderly con duct. On appeal, Barnes challenges the trial court's refusal to give his tendered jury instruction regarding the right of a citizen to resist unlawful entry into his home and the sufficiency of the evidence to support his convictions.

We reverse and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
