The Chancellor:
Pine Street was laid out at fifty feet wide and dedicated to the public use as a street in the year 1854, when Seaford was an unincorporated village. The complainant’s residence was erected about the year 1869. The steps in question have protruded into the street ever since the building was erected. From the photograph in evidence, they extend over the sidewalk to nearly one-half the width thereof.
