Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Alex *1577R. Renzi, J.), rendered May 15, 2008. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, improper lane: right turn, no seat belt and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
