Juan Bautista Arguinzonis, a mortgagor residing* in Cayey, within the judicial district of Guayama, obtained a change of venue from the district court of Bayamón wherein El Crédito y Ahorro Ponceño, mortgagee, had commenced an *290ordinary suit to foreclose a mortgage. The mortgaged property was in (lomerío, within the judicial district of Bayamón. The only basis for the order granting defendant’s motion for a change of venire was the fact that he resided in another district.
