Pending before the Court are motions arising out of a patent infringement action filed by Plaintiff Jack Barron (“Plaintiff’) against Defendant SCVNGR, Inc. d/b/a LevelUp (“Defendant” or “LevelUp”). On July 7, 2014, the Court entered summary judgment in Defendant’s favor.
