Laing, J.:

This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment of conviction and a fine of fifty dollars rendered in the City Court of Buffalo May 12,1915. The record is a little obscure as to the nature of the charge against the defendant, but the argument here was based upon the assumption that the defendant was charged with keeping a disorderly house in violation of section 2 of chapter 9 of the ordinances of the city of Buffalo.
