This is an appeal by the plaintiff below from an adverse verdict and judgment in favor of three corporate defendants in a personal injury action. The plaintiff-appellant will be referred to herein as “plaintiff” and the defendants as “defendants Tobin and Clarkson” and “defendant Safe-T-Flare”.
