This proceeding is now before the Court on an Order to Show Cause directing the Respondent, Owen W. Crumpacker, to appear and show cause why he should not be held in contempt of an Order of this Court.

Under this cause, the Respondent, Owen W. Crumpacker, was disbarred on November 29, 1978, as an attorney in the State of Indiana. In re Crumpacker, (1978) 269 Ind. 630, 383 N.E.2d 36, cert. denied 444 U.S. 979, 100 S.Ct. 481, 62 L.Ed.2d 406.
