OPINION

LEWIS, Judge.

This case arose out of disagreements between members of a partnership formed for the practice of law and concerns the interpretation of the Partnership Agreement (Agreement).

As a result of the disagreements, on 1 September 1987, plaintiff Robert H. Cowan filed a complaint alleging that a law partnership known as Gracey, Maddin, Cowan and Bird, of which he was a member, had been dissolved on 29 May 1987.
