The plaintiff, Maidza Van Deusen, commenced the present action against the defendants Theodore Dratch and Barbara Dratch, by service of a writ of summons and complaint on July 25, 1995. The complaint is in a single count alleging that the plaintiff intended to make a gift of a certain piece of land located in Roxbury, Connecticut to the defendants.
