—Order modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: Plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages for personal injuries he sustained while removing anchor plates from the top of an existing masonry wall at Noco Service Station No. 58. Plaintiff was standing on the plywood platform of a scaffold six feet above a cement floor when he heard the plywood “crack” and felt it give way beneath him.
