Plaintiff in error was convicted in the county court of Logan county of the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, and his punishment fixed at a fine of $50 and imprisonment in the county jail for a period of 30 days.
It appears from the record that on the 28th day of October, 1933, the court entered judgment and sentenced defendant in conformity with the verdict of the jury, and on the same day granted defendant 60 days to make and serve case-made, ten days allowed to suggest amendments; the case-made to he settled and signed on five days’ notice.
