This was a suit in equity brought in the Circuit Court of Marion county by Jane Bice and Calder Bice, her husband, against John Nixon and Samuel P. Nixon to obtain the partition of a tract of land situated in said county and alleged to contain one hundred and forty and a half acres, one seventh part of which the female plaintiff alleged that she was entitled to, subject to the life-estate of said Samuel l’.
