Action for $5,000 damages for death of a minor son of plaintiff. Thomas Dolin, an unmarried minor, thirteen years old, was the son of plaintiff by her former marriage. After her second marriage the stepfather supported the minor. His mother per*109mitted him to work for defendant and he turned over his wages to his mother, who used them to buy clothing for him.
