This adversary proceeding was filed by Vera Pinkston, debtor in the underlying Chapter 13 case, alleging violation by Security Finance Corporation of Georgia, d/b/a Se- eurity Finance Corp. (“Security Finance”), the holder of a claim in debtor’s bankruptcy case, of both the Federal Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. and implementing regulation, Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226 et seq., and the Georgia Industrial Loan Act, (“GILA”) O.C.G.A. § 7-3-1 et seq.
