Michael Barnwell sought interlocutory review of the denial of his ■motion for summary judgment in Barnett & Company’s (“Barnett”) suit arising from the termination of its distributorship agreement with Johnson Yokogawa Corporation. The trial court denied Barn-well’s motion for summary judgment on Barnett’s claims of slander and conspiracy to slander, tortious interference with business and contractual relations, conspiracy to interfere, and trespass.
