The present case stems from the refusal of defendant-appellant, Aetna Life Insurance Company (“Aetna”), to reimburse the plaintiff-appellee, Park A. Dallis, for bills incurred in the treatment of his wife’s cancer. Plaintiff-appellee and his wife (now deceased) were covered by a group health insurance policy issued by Aetna to Mr. Dallis’ employer, DeKalb County. The policy provided for reimbursement for several enumerated categories of reasonable medical expenses, including the fees of a physician or surgeon.
