This is an application for review of a decision and judgment rendered by Ekwall, J., upon an appeal for reappraisement of an importation of mixed feed oat screenings from Canada. The sole issue between the parties is the correctness of the inclusion by the appraiser of an equalization fee in his return of export value of the screenings in question. The decision of the court below, reported in 30 Oust. Ct. 496, Reap.
