The Delaware County Prison Employees Independent Union, et al. (DCPEIU) appeals from an order of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas (trial court) which denied DCPEIU’s request for a mandatory injunction, granted the preliminary objections of Delaware County (County) and Wackenhut Corrections Corporation (Wack-enhut) (collectively, Appellees) and granted Appellees’ petition to set aside an arbitration award.
