STUART, Senior District Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying sanctions pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 against *937plaintiff and his attorneys. The motion for sanctions was filed after the trial court dismissed plaintiff’s lawsuit on the ground that he lacked standing to bring the causes of action alleged. For reasons set forth herein, we affirm.
