Appellant, Clara Brinson, appeals, from the district court’s denial of her motion for summary judgment and entry of summary judgment in favor of appel-lees, Ernest Ray Brinson, Laura Brinson Morris, and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company [hereinafter Metropolitan].
