— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered August 25, 1980 in Albany County, which granted defendant’s motion for a protective order vacating plaintiff’s notice for discovery and inspection. From October 2, 1978 through August 31, 1979, plaintiff was a patient at and received medical care and treatment from the Austen Riggs Center, Inc., in the Town of Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
