In this worker’s compensation matter, plaintiff, Bernard J. Wellmeyer, Jr., appeals an April 14, 1994 trial court judgment1 finding him permanently partially disabled (rather than permanently totally disabled), denying prejudgment interest on medical expenses, expert fees, and costs, and denying plaintiffs request for penalties and attorney’s fees against defendants.
