Plaintiff, in his action for damages for personal injuries, recovered a judgment in the sum of $3500 against the Peoples Motorbus Company of St. Louis, and the St. Louis Public Service Company, defendants. We have here for consideration as a consolidated ease the appeals of each of the defendants.
