I. INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is the Amended Unsecured Judgment Creditors’ Objection under 11 U.S.C. § 522(1) to Property Claimed as Exempt under 11 U.S.C. § 522(b)(2)(B). Kenneth Kelly (“the Debt- or”) claimed as exempt an interest he holds in real property with his second wife.
