1Opinion of the Court

MELLOY, Circuit Judge.

Vincent Hill pled guilty to conspiracy to defraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344. The applicable Guidelines range was 33-41 months’ imprisonment. The district court 1 departed upward to 84 months of imprisonment based on Hill’s understated criminal history. In addition, the district court imposed 5 years of supervised release, restitution of $5,000, and a special assessment of $200. Hill appeals the reasonableness of the departure. We affirm.
