Affirming.

In the year 1916, John C. Stewart, Sr.,' purchased a tract of land in Bell county from T. J. Asher and wife, and he and his family, consisting of his wife and several children, moved on the land. Thereafter he conveyed certain interests in the land to his wife, Mary Stewart, and their children. On May 1, 1926, the then owners of the land conveyed it to their mother, Mary Stewart. The title stood in the name of Mary Stewart until August 30, 1929, when by separate deeds she conveyed to Lewis Stewart, John C. Stewart, Jr., and Willie Stewart…
